Mimi Wirth Fine Art Prints:
Mimi’s latest limited-edition fine art prints and canvas reproductions are created by a technique call giclee (pronounced "zhee-clay"), using digital ink-jet technology customized specifically for fine art. Each print is individually signed and numbered by the artist. With giclee editions, there are generally no proofs available--press or artist proofs.
All of the fine art prints are printed on canvas material. Each print is personally signed by the artist. A signed Certificate of Authenticity accompanies every limited edition print published by Mimi. It is your assurance that it is a legitimate, authentic print.
Care of Giclee prints:
Giclee art is very stable, offering fade and color shift resistance of up to 200 years. Treat them with the same care as any other quality reproduction. Quality, conservation framing by a professional framer is recommended. Stable humidity and light conditions are major factors that determine the print life. Do not expose the print to continuous sunlight or an intense continuous level of artificial light. Control the humidity in the immediate environment. A protective coating covers each painting, however, the dye-based inks are NOT waterproof and should never be cleaned with water or any other harsh chemicals. Quality, conservation and framing by a professional framer is recommended.

Shipping:
The fine art prints are shipped rolled up in a tube or box, and must be mounted on stretchers on arrival or framed with a mat and placed in a glass frame. To facilitate this, each fine art print comes with a 2" margin on all four sides.
Special Sizes:
Special custom sizes are available by request, either small or larger. The prints must be in ratio and portion to the original print size. For example a 18" x 24" print can be enlarge to 36" x 48" accordingly.
Delivery time:
Giclee prints are produced one at a time and usually not until they are ordered. Production usually takes less than 5 days. For deliveries throughout North America, the delivery time is approximately two weeks. Orders are shipped by UPS or FED-EX, Extra fees apply if priority or 3 day delivery is requested.
